FISH STEW 
3 lbs. flounder or rock fish
1 lg. can tomato paste
4 lg. onions, diced
4 lg. potatoes, diced
Salt & pepper to taste
Fried meat drippings to taste
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 egg for each person to be served (opt.)

Put enough water to cover all ingredients in large pot. Put in all ingredients except fish and eggs. Let boil until potatoes are done, stirring every few minutes. Put in fish and eggs. Don't stir much now. Cook slowly for 30 minutes longer.
