FREEZER STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. sliced and mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
1 c. water

Combine fruit and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes. Stir constantly, remove from heat; add berries and stir 2 minutes. Pour into jars and cover. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Refrigerate until set. Place in freezer. Once opened refrigerate. Makes 5 to 6 1/2 pints or 4 3/4 cups.
