"NO FAT" THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. wine vinegar (red garlic)
1/2 c. Kraft light Italian dressing (no oil)
1 (16 oz.) can green beans
1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. carrot, diced

Boil sugar, vinegar, and Kraft light dressing together. Let cool. Drain all beans and add to remaining ingredients. Pour sugar/vinegar mixture over beans and vegetables and toss lightly. Let stand overnight to develop best flavor. Serves 8.
