CHICKEN WITH RICE 
4 chicken breasts
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (fast cooking rice)
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Place chicken breasts in an oven proof dish. Spread long grain and wild rice and seasoning mix over childen. Cover with cream of chicken soup. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees or until chicken is fully cooked. Stir rice and soup occasionally.
