CHILI SAUCE 
36 ripe tomatoes
12 onions
12 mangoes, red and green
5 tbsp. salt
12 tbsp. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. pepper
1 stalk celery

Cook for 1 1/2 hours, then bottle. Makes about 10 pints.
