BERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1 lg. angel food cake
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. confectionery sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit when in season (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced peaches)
Or frozen fruit can be used, thawed & drained on its juice

Blend cream cheese, milk, confectionery sugar, Cool Whip and vanilla. Whip together in large glass or metal bowl.

Dice angel food cake. Starting with Cool Whip mixture, then angel food cake, then fruit. Layer in large glass bowl. Continue to layer until bowl is full, ending with Cool Whip mixture.

Recipe calls for one type of fruit, but more than one type of fruit can be used for a very pretty and delicious dessert.
