CHERRY - BERRY ON THE SNOW 
MERINGUE:

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Beat first three ingredients until real frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and glossy, about 10 minutes. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 60 minutes. Turn oven off but leave in the oven until it's cool, several hours, about 4 to 5.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Beat together sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Fold in Dream Whip made according to package directions; fold in marshmallows. Spread over meringue and refrigerate.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 pkg. junket using 2 1/4 c. liquid (I use the juice of strawberries plus water)
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix together. Cool and spread over filling, or can also be spread over squares just before serving.
