MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
2 c. white vinegar 2/3 c. water 1 c. salad oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. season salt 1 lg. head cabbage, shredded 2 cucumbers, unpared, sliced diagonally 2 carrots, pared, sliced diagonally 2 onions, sliced, separated into rings In a blender mix vinegar, water, oil, garlic, sugar, salt, seasoned salt. Blend well and pour into a large salad bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly. Cover and chill overnight. This salad will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. |
