SAUSAGE SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 can French onion soup
1/4 c. water
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring often. Spoon off fat. Add soup, water, vegetables, tomatoes and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 5 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork before serving. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 cups or 4 servings.
