TURKEY - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. turkey or chicken
2 c. celery, cut up
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
Topping:
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge herb stuffing
1 stick butter

Mix together. Put in casserole. Top with stuffing which has been mixed with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
