OVEN FRIED PECAN CHICKEN 
1 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine Bisquick, seasonings and nuts. Dip pieces of chicken into the milk. Then coat with mixture. Place in 9x13x2 inch pan. Pour melted butter over the contents. Place in 375 degree oven. Bake 1 hour.
