2 1/2 c. ground graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
5 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 x 9 inch pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into pan (bottom and sides).

Combine eggs, sugar (1 cup), cream cheese, vanilla and beat well in mixer. Pour over crumbs and bake 30 minutes.

TOPPING: Combine sour cream and sugar (1/2 cup), and pour over cheese cake and bake again for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool and put in refrigerator. It is wonderful!
