BAKED LOBSTER 
2 med. lobsters, boiled
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon, cut in wedges

Split lobsters lengthwise and place in baking dish, shell side down. Mix together mustard, pepper, parsley, oregano and salt, moisten with oil and melted butter and spread this mixture over meat side of lobsters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and olive oil and bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
