BAKED LOBSTER | |
2 med. lobsters (boiled) 1/2 tbsp. powdered mustard 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted 3 tbsp. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. olive oil Split lobster lengthwise and place in baking dish, shell side down. Mix together mustard, pepper, parsley, oregano and salt, moisten with oil and melted butter and then spread this mixture over meat side of lobsters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and olive oil and bake in hot oven (400 degrees F.) for 20 minutes. Boil the lobsters in enough water to cover with 1 onion, 1 stalk celery, 1 carrot, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes. Water should be boiling when the live lobsters are immersed. |
