CHILE 
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chile powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 level tbsp. sugar
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 cans kidney beans, cooked
1 1/2 c. dry spaghetti, broken

Chop onion and brown with ground chuck. Add chile powder, salt and garlic powder. Stir in the 46 ounce can of tomato juice. Bring to a simmer and add sugar. Mix flour with grease skimmed from top or use Wesson oil. Thin mixture with warm water and stir into chile. Simmer for 30 minutes. Rinse kidney beans and add to chile; simmer 30 minutes more. Cook spaghetti. Add to chili just before serving.
