CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts (cooked and cut up)
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked slightly)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter

On the bottom of a greased casserole put the cooked and cut up meat from 6 chicken breasts. Next a layer of broccoli.

Mix together and pour over the chicken and broccoli the 2 cans cream of chicken soup (do not dilute), 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice. Next sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake without a lid 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
