BEEF STROGANOFF 
4 lb. round steak, sliced in sm. cubes
1 lb. or lg. can sliced mushrooms
3 c. stock or 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 c. water
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. paprika

Place a little oil in skillet and brown meat. Cook until juice has cooked away. Add mushrooms and let cook until slightly browned. Add stock, cover and bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 hour. Remove from oven. Drain stock from meat. Add paprika and sour cream. Bring to boil, thicken with flour. Add meat mixture; heat and serve on chow mein noodles or rice.
