MARINATED HERBED TOMATO SALAD 
6 red tomatoes, cut in wedges
3 sweet peppers (green, red and yellow), slice in chunks
1 sweet Spanish onion, sliced
1 c. black olives (pitted)

DRESSING:

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. parsley, crushed
1/4 c. green onions with tops, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram

Make dressing and pour over first 4 ingredients. Best if let set for 1 or more hours.
