MARINATED TOMATO SALAD 
1/4 c. green onions with tops, sliced
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2/3 c. Italian dressing
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Lettuce

Combine first six ingredients; sprinkle over tomatoes. Combine Italian dressing and vinegar; pour over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Baste tomatoes occasionally. Serve on lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
