SALMON LOAF 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon, drained
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/4 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Combine all ingredients and form into loaf in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. mayonnaise
3-4 tbsp. chopped chives
Mustard

Place a small amount on each serving.
