CHOCOLATE - BANANA SHORT CAKE 
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. chocolate syrup
1 frozen pound cake
2 bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice

10-12 ounce pound cake, thawed and cut in half.

Whip cream to soft peaks; add chocolate syrup and whip to firm peaks. Place bottom half of cake on serving plate and spread with chocolate cream.

Arrange half the bananas on cream, then top with the other half of the cake. Decorate with cream and the rest of the bananas.
