CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or 4-5 pieces of chicken breasts, cooked, skinned & broken into pieces
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (cornbread or chicken)

Put chicken in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream together, spread on chicken. Prepare stuffing by directions on box. Spread on top of soup mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
