PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. brown molasses
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. peanut kernels

Boil 2 cups brown molasses and level tablespoon butter until it will harden in cold water. Stir in about 2 cups of peanut kernels. Pour in a thin sheet on greased pans. When partly cooked, cut into squares.
