BAKED BAGUETTES 
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 crisp rolls
3 slices provolone, quartered

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl blend together oil, cheese, and parsley. Cut rolls into 4 slices, almost through to bottom. Open and spread with cheese mixture. Place quarters of provolone in each opening. Brush remaining cheese mixture over top of rolls. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
