OSGOOD PIE 
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
4 eggs, beaten separately
1 tbsp. butter
1 apple, diced
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cream butter, sugar and vinegar. Add yolks of eggs, raisins, nuts and apples. Add beaten egg whites. Pour into single crust pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with whipped or ice cream. Makes 2 pies. It makes a wonderful holiday pie.
