BAKED BEANS 
2 c. dried baby lima beans
1/4 lb. bacon or ham
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Soak 2 cups dried beans overnight. Cook until soft and do not pour water off. Add remaining ingredients except evaporated milk. Bake 1/2 hour then add 1/2 cup evaporated milk and bake another 1/2 hour.
