BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. butter, melted

Press into 8x14 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.

FIRST LAYER:

3 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter

Whip together until creamy and thick. Spread over crust.

SECOND LAYER:

2 1/2 c. well-drained crushed pineapple

Drop on sliced strawberries (optional).

THIRD LAYER:

3 sliced bananas

FOURTH LAYER:

9 oz. container Cool Whip

Spread over top. Top with cherries or strawberries, nuts and chocolate shavings. Refrigerate overnight.
