1/2 butter stick
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oatmeal

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Frost with chocolate or peanut butter frosting while warm.
