HOT SALSA SAUCE 
6 c. tomatoes, cored and peeled
2 c. chopped long green or red peppers
1 c. chopped jalapenos
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Cook for 20 minutes and put in jars. Water process 30 minutes. Wear rubber gloves when chopping jalapeno peppers.
