1 med. cabbage
1 med. onion
2/3 c. celery, chopped
2/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 stack packs Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. pickle relish
2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Place grated cheese on top. Refrigerate.
