LINDA'S LEMON CAKE 
1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 box powdered sugar
2 lemons
3/4 c. water

Blend cake mix with lemon Jello. Add water. Blend well. Add lemon extract and eggs. Blend well. Add oil and blend. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake is done.

Meanwhile prepare glaze: Mix sugar with the juice of 1 or 2 lemons until smooth but not runny. As soon as cake is done flip on cookie sheet and pierce cake top with a meat fork all over and immediately spread glaze evenly all over. Allow to drip on sides. Let cool. Don't pour or it might make the cake fall in the middle a little.
