BLENDER CHEESE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine in blender until creamy. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees until firm and light brown (approximately 40-45 minutes). (Don't be alarmed when pie puffs out, it will go back down.) Cool slightly. Add:

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
2 tbsp. sugar

Spread over pie and bake 5-10 minutes longer. Use favorite fruit topping.
