COCONUT CREAM BLENDER PIE 
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter

Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
