COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground chuck 2 eggs 1 c. corn flake crumbs 1/3 c. parsley flakes 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt 1/3 c. catsup 2 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice, bottled Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl combine the first 9 ingredients, mix well and form into balls the size of walnuts. Put into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan. In saucepan mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Cook until smooth and melted. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. May serve in chafing dish with toothpicks. |
