COMFORT CAKE 
1/2 c. Southern Comfort
1 (18 1/4 oz.) box yellow cake mix without pudding
1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool, Invert on plate and immediately prick top.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. Southern Comfort
4 tbsp. butter
1/8 c. water
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Drizzle and brush on the glaze evenly over top and sides. After cake has cooled, reheat glaze and brush over cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
