CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
Parmesan cheese

Thaw hash browns. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
