FRANK AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. hot dogs, split lengthwise

Prepare sauce by combining soup, milk, onion, and mustard. In buttered casserole dish, layer potatoes, sauce, and hot dogs. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
