QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 round steak
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can beef broth
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Trim fat from meat. Cut meat diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch strips. Brown quickly in butter. Push meat to one side of skillet and add mushrooms and onions to pan. Cook just until tender. Add broth; heat just until boiling. Blend sour cream and flour; add to broth. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Season to taste. Serve over buttered noodles. Serves 4-6.
