CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer
6 eggs, boiled
Pickles, 2 c. relish
1 stalk celery
Mayonnaise
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. bell pepper
2 lg. onions

Boil chicken in salt water with bell pepper and onions, until tender. Pull skin off and discard. Debone chicken and grind up (not too fine). Grind celery and chopped eggs together. Mix this and other ingredients to chicken. Add mayonnaise according to your taste. Yield: 8 servings.
