HOT TODDY 
1 env. instant cocoa mix
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Dessert topping (optional)

Place cocoa mix and spices in mug. Add water, then extract and cream. Dollop with dessert topping. Use a cinnamon stick to stir. Fun and quick to make.
