MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1 c. blueberries, strawberries OR pecans

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in eggs, milk and melted butter. Do not try to stir out lumps. Add blueberries, strawberries or pecans. Fill greased and floured muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake 15-20 minutes in 425 degree oven. Remove at once from tins.

For warm muffins quick in the morning, measure and mix dry ingredients the night before and seal in a covered container. In the morning, add eggs, milk and butter and pour into tins while the oven preheats.
