STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled

Place water in a 1-quart measuring cup. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over berries in large bowl and toss together gently. Turn into baked pie shell. Chill several hours or until set. May be served with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
