CHICKEN BREASTS IN WINE &
MUSHROOM SAUCE
 
2 to 3 lbs. boneless, skinned chicken breasts
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.

3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
