BLUEBERRY SLUMP 
2 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Wash blueberries in a colander. Combine in a saucepan with sugar and water. Put over heat and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer gently. Meantime, sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Add milk, stirring quickly to make a dough. Drop by spoonful into the simmering berries. Cook 10 minutes with cover off and 10 minutes longer with cover on. Serve warm with plain or whipped cream. Makes 4 servings.
