BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar

Whip together then add:

2 eggs

Mix until creamy. Add:

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (or 2 c. flour)
1/2 c. wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Mix together with spoon until well mixed. Then add 2 cups blueberries, mixing easily until berries are throughout batter. Fill muffin tins. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes. 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
