CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. cranberries
2 c. water or less
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 pkg. marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apple

Cook cranberries, water, and sugar for sauce. When done, add lemon Jello and marshmallows. Cool this, and add nuts, celery, and apple. Pour into molds; chill. Serve on lettuce leaves and use mayonnaise if desired.
