ALMOND CARAMEL CRUNCH 
4 c. Almond Delight cereal
7 oz. (about 24) caramels, unwrapped or 1 (14 oz.) bag (for more caramel coating)
1 tbsp. water
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small saucepan over low heat melt caramels with water, stirring until smooth. Stir in almond extract. Pour over cereal stirring until cereal is well coated. Spread on a greased 7"x7" pan and press with a heated spoon and cut into squares.

Microwave Directions: Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small microwave safe bowl place caramels and water. Microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Continue as directed above.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
