SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked, and mashed
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. marshmallows
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. marshmallows

Combine all ingredients, except marshmallows, mixing well. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with marshmallows and bake an additional 5 minutes.
