LAYERED DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. (1 cube) butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and press into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over cooled first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. chocolate (or any flavor) instant pudding (NOTE: I have also been told that instead of pudding, 2 cans of cherry pie filling works great)
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
