AVOCADO SAUCE FOR OYSTERS 
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel avocados and mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly; chill. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups sauce.
